Labneh Goat Hard

Goat Labneh is soft white cheese with a slightly lemony acidic taste; it is made from cloth strained goat yogurt. The Khoury family used to produce dairy products for their relatives and friends in Baskenta, a Lebanese town. Then, Mr. Melhem Khoury decided to expand the production and start promoting his family products in the Lebanese villages and towns. That’s how Dairy Khoury was born. In 1943, an individual institution specialized in the dairy production and distribution was established. Today, the farm and plant that embody the Khoury family’s great dream is nestled in the heart of Ain Al Sindianeh - a proud town in Mount Lebanon.
