Hotpack Packaging, the Middle East-based pioneer in the manufacture and distribution of packaging solutions was adjudged winners of the coveted Dubai Quality Award under the category of Dubai Smart Industry Award 2020 for the manufacturing sector. The Award was announced by the Dubai Economic Dept, Govt. of Dubai during an online ceremony held on Tuesday, 11 November 2020, broadcast live on various media. Dubai Business Excellence Award, an initiative by the Department of Economic Development – Government of Dubai, recognizes top contributors who implement exceptional quality and excellence in strategies that improve work efficiency. Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, these awards were first launched in 1994, and this 2020 year marks the 26th edition of these awards. In continuation to UAE Government’s move to put technology and digitalization at the forefront for smart governance, the Dubai Smart Industry Award has been introduced, for the first time, as part of Dubai Quality awards.
