Dark Soy Sauce is an essential ingredient in Chinese Cooking. Made from a mixture of soybeans, sugar and water, which is then fermented. The distilled liquid is the flavoursome Soy Sauce.

Water, Sugar, Salt, Caramel (Natural Colour E150c),  Soy Beans,  Wheat, Acetic Acid (Acidifying Agent E260), Guar Gum (Stabilising and Emulsifying Agent E412) and Sodium Benzoate (Preservative E211).
